01What we collect

- Membership and payments: your plan and billing history. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.
- Download activity: which files you download and when, so we can show your history and apply plan limits.
- Support messages: what you send us through tickets and request forms.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, collected in server logs for security.
02How we use it
To run your account, deliver downloads and updates, apply plan limits, process payments, answer support requests, keep the site secure and, if you agree, send product news. We do not sell your personal data.
05How long we keep it
Account and download data is kept while your account is open and deleted within 90 days after you close it, except billing records we must keep by law.
06Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to marketing at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
