01How do I download a plugin?

Log in, open the plugin's page and click Download. The zip is our original file, ready to upload in WordPress under Plugins, Add New Plugin.

02How do automatic updates work?

Install Boost Updater and paste in your account key once. After that, new versions of our plugins show up under Dashboard, Updates with everything else. The plugins themselves never ask for a key.

03I found a bug. What do I do?

Open a ticket above with the plugin, the version you use and the steps that lead to the problem. Fixes ship as a new version with a changelog.

04Do the plugins need a licence key?

No. Install it and it works. There's nothing to activate.

05The plugin shows an error after installing. What now?

Check that your WordPress and PHP versions meet the requirements listed on the plugin's page, then open a ticket with the exact error message.

06Are the files safe?

Yes. You get the zip we release, scanned for malware before it goes up. We never add ads or extra code to it.

07How do I cancel my membership?

From your account page, in one click. You keep access until the paid period ends, and everything you've downloaded stays yours.

08Can I use the files on client websites?

Yes. There's no limit on sites, yours or your clients'.
