01Who we are

BoostWP ("we", "us") is a brand of Sable Digital, LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. These terms apply to boostwp.com and every service on it. By creating an account or downloading a file you agree to them.

02Your account

You need an account to download files. Give a real email address, keep your password private and do not share your login. One account is for one person; shared or resold accounts may be closed.

03What you download

Every plugin on BoostWP is our own work, released under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2 or later. You may use, change and share them on as many websites as you like, as the GPL allows. There are no licence keys to enter; Boost Updater asks for your account once so it can fetch updates for you.

Some plugins connect to third-party services such as Amazon, eBay or Pinterest. Those services, their names and their terms belong to their owners, and we are not affiliated with them.

04Free plan and memberships

The free plan and paid memberships (Monthly, Annual and Lifetime) include the download limits and features shown in your account and on the Membership page. We may change the free plan's limits at any time, and the limits and features of paid plans for new sign-ups; changes to an active paid plan take effect at its next renewal.

05Payments and renewals

Monthly and Annual memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Lifetime is a single payment with no renewals. Prices include or exclude tax as shown at checkout. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Single products are a one-time payment with no renewal. Each purchase includes downloads and updates for that product for one year from the order date. After that, the files you already downloaded keep working under their licence, and newer versions need a new purchase or a membership.

06Acceptable use

Do not use automated tools to bulk download, scrape or mirror the catalogue, try to get around download limits, upload malicious files or use BoostWP for anything unlawful. We may limit or close accounts that do.

07No warranty and liability

Files are provided "as is", as the GPL states, without any warranty. Always keep a backup before installing or updating. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

08Closing an account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Files you downloaded before that remain yours under their licences.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and we will email account holders about important changes.
